Fox Batch Controller BAT-2600
Batch Controllers have been designed and manufactured by Fox Controls for over 30 years.
The application is to automatically batch a predetermined volume of liquid into a tank or vessel- used in conjunction with any industry standard flow meter with a pulse output (representing litres, Kg, ect) and a valve (220v nc).

The application is to automatically batch a predetermined volume of liquid into a tank or vessel- used in conjunction with any industry standard flow meter with a pulse output (representing litres, Kg, ect) and a valve (220v nc).
A predetermined volume is entered into the digital display of the preset counter. Press the start button. This sends a voltage signal to the solenoid valve- which opens. Liquid flows through the flow meter, and the pulses are counted by the counter.
Once the preset count valve is reached, the valve is signalled to close, and the flow stops.
To repeat the process with the same volume, simply press “reset” and “start”, and the same process repeats.
Counter used for BAT-2600 is the Array TC-Pro48
Applications:
Applications include the cement industry, chemical and detergent mixing plants, as well as domestic control of water volumes for landlords.
